Contact us

Tell us what broke, what is missing, or what would make this easier to use. Every message goes to a person.

Or email us directly

Both addresses are read by a person. The form sends your message straight to us; email is here if you would rather write directly.

Feedback, bugs and requests

A conversion that failed, a format we do not support yet, or anything that felt slow or confusing. Requests genuinely shape what we build next.

What helps us fix it faster

The tool you were using — its name, or the address of the page.
The kind of file: its format, roughly how big it was, and where it came from.
What you expected, and what happened instead.
Your browser and device, if the page itself misbehaved.
