Convert PDF to HTML
A PDF is fixed to a page; a web page reflows to fit the screen. This tool rebuilds a PDF as a single HTML file with proper headings, paragraphs, lists and tables — markup you can drop into a site, style with your own CSS, or open in any browser.

Worth knowing
The page keeps text and structure, not pictures or the exact look of the PDF — use PDF to Word to keep images, or PDF to JPG for a picture of each page. Headings and tables are inferred from how the page looks, so heavy graphic layouts need some tidying.
